Job Summary
Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients per the State of California Nursing Practice Act across the Medical Surgical Unit, Emergency Services, Perioperative Services, and Skilled Nursing Facility at Mountains Community Hospital. Maintain on-call availability. Hold a current California nursing license, BLS certificate, and ACLS certification upon hire, with PALS and basic arrhythmia certification required within six months. Requires an Associate's degree from an accredited nursing program and one to two years of experience in relevant nursing services.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current State of California Nursing license
- Current BLS certificate
- ACLS upon hire
- PALS within 6 mths of hire
- Basic arrhythmia certification required within 6 months of hire
- On call required
