Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Full Time - Days

Registered Nurse (RN) in Med Surg provides highly professional, technical nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) for assigned patients, directing and supervising team members, and collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to deliver patient-centered care. The role requires clear communication, relationship-building to promote a collaborative environment, accountability for performance, and initiative for professional growth while supporting the hospital’s mission and standards of care. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, accurate documentation, timely medication and IV administration, adherence to hospital policies, and ongoing patient/family education and engagement to improve the patient experience.
