Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in Med/Surg, full-time, 7P-7A shift. Responsible for coordinating and delivering total nursing care for assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation. Supervises and delegates to nursing staff such as nursing assistants and LPNs, assists in staff orientation, and contributes to patient quality of care and safety goals. Requires Arkansas RN license and CPR certification; 80% walking/standing with up to 50 lbs of lifting, in a hospital setting with exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids. Education from an accredited nursing program is required.
