Job Summary
Provide safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process and monitor patient conditions to respond quickly to changes. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and care teams while educating patients and families on treatment, medications, and discharge plans. Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes by accurately documenting care and maintaining clinical standards through clear communication. Requires an active RN license, accredited nursing school graduation, and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
- Current AHA or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
