REGISTERED NURSE - MED SURG - FT DAYS (62186)

Conduct safe, effective patient care for adult and geriatric populations using the nursing process, assessment, goal setting, and outcome evaluation. Provide ongoing education to patients and families, document readiness and teaching outcomes, and complete accurate, timely documentation per hospital policies. Monitor telemetry, respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response Team calls, delegate appropriately, and adhere to infection control standards. Engage in evidence-based practice initiatives and support patient rights regarding cultural and religious diversity. Maintain flexibility with scheduling and assignments. Requires Illinois licensure, BLS certification, and one year of medical-surgical experience.
