Registered Nurse | Med/Surg, ER & OB

Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients across Med/Surg, ER, and OB units, utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Work with healthcare professionals to deliver effective care while overseeing assigned patients and ensuring compliance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations. Provide assistance and support at organizational sites in Long Prairie, Melrose, and Paynesville as operational needs dictate, with travel between locations required. Work rotating 12-hour shifts including days, evenings, and nights, with every third weekend and rotating holidays off.
