Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Cardiac Telemetry - Nights

Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients on the Med Surg Cardiac Telemetry unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Administer medications and IVs safely while ensuring complete, accurate, and timely documentation of patient information. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age-appropriate care and educate patients and families regarding their treatment plans. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by adhering to hospital policies and standards while addressing physical demands including prolonged standing and handling of equipment. Work the 12X3 night shift rotating through days of the week, reporting to work in case of inclement weather.
