Job Summary
Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards and organizational protocols. Initiate, implement, and continuously monitor personalized patient care plans, adapting to changing needs. Serve as the central communication link for all disciplines to ensure a unified care journey. Accurately observe, record, and promptly communicate changes in patient conditions, acting quickly on clinical insights. Manage and execute physician and nursing orders while coordinating discharge plans to support successful transitions of care. Requires Oklahoma Board of Nursing licensure, BLS certification within 30 days, and a nursing diploma or professional licensure. Full-time night shift at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted BLS Provider
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Professional licensure at time of hire
