Job Summary
Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards and organizational protocols. Initiate, implement, and monitor personalized patient care plans while serving as the central communication link for physicians and specialists. Observe, record, and promptly communicate changes in patient conditions, acting decisively on clinical insights. Manage and execute physician and nursing orders while coordinating discharge plans to support successful transitions of care. Requires Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, BLS certification within 30 days, and a nursing diploma or professional licensure. Night, full-time schedule at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Professional licensure at time of hire
