Registered Nurse Med Surg

Deliver patient care in accordance with organizational policies while accurately noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders. Implement and adapt individualized patient care plans while continuously observing, recording, and communicating changes in patient condition. Act as the primary coordinator across all medical disciplines to deliver well-managed, holistic care throughout the patient's stay. Assess, anticipate, and coordinate patient post-care and discharge needs in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family. This Registered Nurse Med Surg role is part-time with weekends only at Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola in the Recovery department.
