Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Med Surg unit provides compassionate, evidence-based nursing care with a focus on safety and coordinated care. Responsible for monitoring patient progress, communicating with the care team, coordinating multidisciplinary care, executing physician orders, and leading discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider required within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire
