Job Summary
Deliver direct nursing care following established organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols. Execute and monitor patient care plans while documenting and communicating status changes to the team. Act as the primary liaison across clinical disciplines to ensure integrated and seamless patient care. Accurately transcribe and carry out all physician and nursing orders to facilitate treatment. Assess and coordinate post-care requirements with the healthcare team to ensure safe patient transitions. This role requires a Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing and BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire. Schedule is PRN with rotating shifts.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Required professional licensure at time of hire
