Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and indirect nursing care to optimize patient outcomes in various medical settings, effectively collaborating with patients and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, documenting medical history, administering medications, and maintaining patient records. The RN must ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations, educate patients and families on health conditions, and respond to medical emergencies. Preferred qualifications include experience in acute care, while required qualifications include a current RN license and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts state RN license
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification required for specific units/departments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Command of verbal and written English
