Registered Nurse Med Ortho

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients using the nursing process, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practice. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient care delivery. Collaboratively develop individualized plans of care involving patients, families, and physicians, including education, referrals, and follow-up. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and ensure accurate, timely documentation. Maintain professional standards, legal compliance, and ethical practices within the scope of licensure. Requires current state RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree.
