Job Summary
Provide patient-centered nursing care in Long-Term Care facilities and Assisted Living settings in NH (per diem with flexible morning, evening, or overnight shifts). Administer medications and treatments following the 6 Rights of Medication Administration, assess and implement age-specific care plans, document patient responses, educate patients and families, uphold patient safety and privacy, advocate for residents’ rights, respect cultural beliefs, exercise clinical judgment, and maintain accountability for nursing actions.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of NH or compact license
- At least 6 months of experience as an RN
