Job Summary
Registered Nurse for MAT Clinic in Concord, NC, full-time on-site. Administer medications per provider orders, perform intake assessments for new clients, monitor vital signs, conduct impairment and withdrawal assessments (COWS), ensure physician orders are carried out, provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, and maintain accurate documentation within RN scope per state guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited RN program
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license OR a multistate compact RN license
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
