Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents for condition changes, document assessments and interventions in the electronic medical record, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly while supervising Licensed Nursing Assistants. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations to promote a safe environment. Requires current New Hampshire LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and ability to work independently during overnight hours. Contract for 13 weeks at $2,040 per week with night shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Current New Hampshire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
