Job Summary
Oversee daily operations at Via Christi St. Francis to ensure high-quality, patient-centered, and cost-effective service delivery while evaluating performance metrics. Analyze clinical trends and operational data to design throughput initiatives that eliminate bottlenecks and improve patient care delivery. Partner with clinical leadership to identify operational challenges, implement new systems, and execute cost-containment strategies. Build and mentor a high-performing team by leading recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Requires Kansas RN licensure, three years of bedside clinical experience, and one year of cumulative leadership experience. Full-time days schedule with flexibility to meet department needs.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date
- 3 years of experience
- 1 year of cumulative leadership experience
- 3–5 years of bedside clinical experience
- 1–2 years of leadership experience
- Proven ability to leverage data analytics to drive process improvement, measure success, and achieve operational targets
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage real-time crises calmly and make decisive, quality-focused decisions under pressure
- Full Time | Days | Monday - Friday with flexbility to meet department needs
