Registered Nurse Manager (RN) | Med Surg and Women's Center

Oversee day-to-day management of the Med Surg and Women’s Center units, directing staff, coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with safety/quality standards. Responsible for staff orientation, credentialing, professional development, standards of care, staffing and scheduling, budgeting, policy/procedure development, patient safety initiatives, and resolving patient concerns. Lead hiring, training, performance evaluations, coaching, and staff development to maintain high-quality patient care and efficient unit operations. Requires RN licensure, active in the state, with NRP and PALS certifications; Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred; 1-3 years of leadership experience is common for this role.
