Registered Nurse Manager - MLK BHC Residential

Oversee quality client care and effective team performance by incorporating the organization's mission into service delivery. Manage direct reports, interview and hire staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through policy implementation and performance evaluations. Provide clinical oversight of nursing treatment services, coordinate pharmacy and lab orders, and maintain medication sheets to ensure patient adherence. Deliver direct service by triaging medical concerns, providing medication education consultations, and assuming ownership of crisis situations. Facilitate team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote client-centered care. Create work schedules, approve time away, and develop policies related to health and wellness. Collaborate with contractors and community providers to ensure program continuity.
