Job Summary
Lead and empower the ED unit team by directing daily workflows, mentoring staff, and fostering a collaborative environment that elevates patient care standards. Optimize patient care delivery by proactively resolving unit-level operational challenges to ensure safe, seamless, and high-quality treatment. Drive operational excellence and compliance through the development and implementation of unit policies that maintain strict adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards. Manage unit resources and budgets strategically to ensure the clinical team has the staffing, equipment, and support required to deliver exceptional healthcare efficiently. Requires licensed Registered Nurse with 3 years of experience and 1 year of leadership experience, plus 2+ years of ED experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday full-time.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted BLS Provider
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing
- Required professional licensure/certification
- 3 years of experience
- 1 year of cumulative leadership experience
- 2+ years of ED experience
