Registered Nurse - Main Operating Room (Full time, 3 12hr Shifts w/call)

Job Summary
Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room, including preparing the OR and equipment, passing instruments to the surgical team, monitoring vital signs and anesthesia, and managing postoperative recovery. Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols; educate patients and families on post-operative care; document care and care plans; coordinate with surgeons and the healthcare team for smooth transitions between phases of care; and assist with OR turnover and postoperative cleanup.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Active and unencumbered RN license & CPR required
- ACLS and PALS are required within 90 days of hire or transfer
- Experience: Previous nursing experience or OR experience, preferred
