Job Summary
Assess residents and assist in developing and implementing individual care plans according to facility standards and state regulations. Supervise direct care staff on the unit, review daily assignments to ensure consistency with training, and initiate updates to nursing care plans as needed. Manage personnel on the unit to ensure total resident care needs are met while maintaining professional confidentiality and cooperativeness. Requires Indiana nursing license, accredited school graduation, and at least one year in long-term care. Salary ranges from $62,400 to $110,240 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Hold a current license by the State of Indiana in good standing
- Must display good emotional health
- Be capable of extended periods of standing
- Be capable of bending
- Be capable of heavy lifting
