Job Summary
Provide one-on-one community nursing including wound and catheter care and chronic disease support in a permanent part-time role (60 hours per fortnight, up to 76 hours). Shifts typically start 7:00–7:30am with some flexibility. Supported by a comprehensive onboarding/training program (up to 12 weeks) and mentoring.
