Job Summary
Registered Nurse in M/S Renal-4N at Kaweah Health. The role involves leading the interdisciplinary health care team to provide holistic care, oversight of unit operations on a Day shift with 12-hour shifts, and advocacy for patients and families. Responsibilities include identifying high-risk patients, nursing process execution, care planning and outcomes identification, collaboration with physicians and other providers, and ensuring documentation and adherence to ethical and legal parameters. Adds addendum responsibilities for infusion and wound care centers when assigned, including infusion administration, patient education, and coordination of care. Education preferred: BSN or MSN, or enrollment in RN-BSN program. License/Certification required: CA RN license and BLS. Pay range provided: $46.44 - $69.66 per hour.
