Registered Nurse, LPN | PRN

Provide skilled nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans; assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes; administer medications and treatments accurately and safely; collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality resident care; communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members; respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly; support a resident-centered environment that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being; ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and nursing standards; PRN requirements include a minimum of four shifts per month, at least one weekend shift per month, and at least one observed holiday shift per calendar year.
