Job Summary
Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care in accordance with individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately. Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status. Lead and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs), and other care team members. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records. Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and resident assessments. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards of practice. Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality improvement initiatives. Provide education, guidance, and support to residents, families, and staff members. Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment that enhances quality of life. Requires Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing. Full-time, full-time flex, part-time, and PRN shifts available including days, evenings, nights, and every-other weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
- Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation
