Job Summary
Provide oversight to residents' daily care and communicate changes in condition clearly with families. Collaborate closely with the Medical Director to support resident health and care plans while supporting, mentoring, and providing clinical guidance to nursing assistants. Maintain an active Maryland Registered Nurse license and be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds. Work part-time PRN hours during days and evenings. Located in Columbia, Maryland, Lorien Harmony Hall is an award-winning assisted living community featuring a new Memory Care unit for residents with dementia.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland Registered Nurse license
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation
