Registered Nurse - Long Term Care Part time Days

Licensed RN needed for Part-time days at The Sarah Community Long Term Care facility. Primary responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care per care plans, administering medications and treatments, supervising CNAs, coordinating unit workflow, using the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation, reporting changes to physicians, maintaining medication inventories and safety (5 rights), monitoring for side effects, providing end-of-life care, and delivering resident and family education. The role requires compliance with regulatory standards, documentation, communication with residents and families, and participation in shift meetings. Certifications in BLS HCP and active RN licensure in applicable states are required, with multi-state licensure acceptable. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting and moving patients as needed, and occasional driving. Shift: Day; Schedule: 28 hours per week; location includes MO, IL, OK, and WI facilities under SSM Health umbrella.
