Job Summary
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as part of a collaborative nursing team in a Long Term Care setting during the night shift. Responsibilities include assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions; administering medications and treatments per care plans; communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members; supporting quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards. Must be a licensed RN in Michigan; new graduate nurses accepted; Long Term Care experience preferred. Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year employment commitment. Mandatory vaccination requirements apply.
