Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in Long-Term Care at Monument Health in Sturgis, SD provides resident-focused nursing care using the nursing process per ANA Standards. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation; coordination of care with interdisciplinary teams; health teaching and promotion; ethical and professional practice; and applying evidence-based nursing to support quality care and safety for residents in a skilled nursing setting. Requires ability to work part-time with flexible scheduling, BLS/AHA certification requirements, and RN licensure in SD.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a nursing education program approved by a board of nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) license - South Dakota Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association
