Job Summary
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team in a Long Term Care setting. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress; administer medications and treatments according to care plans; communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members; and support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards. Eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus with a 2-year employment commitment. Requires Michigan RN licensure; new graduates accepted; vaccination requirements apply. Community-focused role at Munson Healthcare in Grayling, Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN in Michigan
- New and upcoming graduate nurses accepted
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
Additional Requirements
- Vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella required or immunity
