Registered Nurse

Assess, plan, and implement direct age-appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis under the direction of the unit manager. Provide supervision to staff to which appropriate care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Manage clinical staff competency and resource management related to patient care across the 50-bed acute care unit, which includes an 8-bed stroke center, 8-bed joint and spine center, and 4-bed close observation area.
