Job Summary
Provide exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, including wound management, medication administration, catheter care, diabetes management, and social support. Conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored recommendations to meet clients’ care needs while ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards and clinical governance. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the Clinical Manager to enhance care processes. Be part of an on-call roster to provide phone support as needed. Located based in Unley, SA with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- proficiency with electronic medication management and clinical documentation systems
- strong clinical knowledge and understanding of contemporary nursing practices
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- valid driver’s license and ability to travel
