Registered Nurse

Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and update care plans, and administer medications and treatments for seniors in our rehabilitation and long-term care community. Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes, while mentoring CNAs and educating residents and families. Uphold safety and regulatory standards while growing clinical skills in a supportive, patient-first environment.
