Registered Nurse Licensed Vocational Nurse

Provides nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines. Responsibilities include applying infection control practices, participating in the Quality Improvement Program, utilizing the Quality Life Manual for patient placement and monitoring, notifying departments of patient changes, and conducting family and patient education. Qualifications require current RN licensure in the state. One-year prior nursing management experience preferred.
