Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process while making clinical judgments under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services. Collect and interpret data from health care members to document nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes, and interventions, then revise the plan of care based on evaluation and changes in the medical plan. Perform interventions according to identified priorities and hospital policies, establishing care priorities for assigned units or floors. Requires a current RN license, health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS card, with one year of prior RN experience preferred.
