Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home, including trach and ventilator care, G-tube feeding support, and medication administration. Monitor patient conditions, report changes, maintain accurate documentation, and follow the patient's plan of care while communicating with the clinical team, patient, and family. Work 12-hour AM or PM shifts in a safe, supportive environment. Background screening is required per Florida law. Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience
- G-tube experience
