Job Summary
Provide in-home pediatric and young adult nursing care in Monticello, MN and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include one-on-one care, ventilator care, tracheostomy care and suctioning, gastrostomy tube care, medication administration, and therapies, as well as assisting with activities of daily living. Requires active Minnesota RN or LPN license (new graduates welcome). Roles available include full-time, part-time, and casual night/weekend shifts; supported by an RN Manager; comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling offered. Required Qualifications
- Active Minnesota nursing license or the ability to obtain one
- RN or LPN with MN license
- Ability to work full-time, part-time, or casual shifts (night/weekend)
- Experience or willingness to provide home health nursing care to pediatric/young adult patients
- Comfort with Ventilator care, Tracheostomy care and suctioning, Gastrostomy tube care, andMedication administration
- Independent, one-on-one home nursing environment
