Job Summary
Coordinate total patient care plans with the DON and physician, ensuring strict adherence to the Florida Nurse Practice Act and emergency protocols. Administer medications, manage total trach and G-Tube care, and assist with ambulation for patients receiving 24/7 skilled nursing in the Tarpon Springs area. Accurately document patient conditions, symptoms, and care changes while following all AHCA employment requirements. Work 12-hour shifts during days or nights.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN/LPN license allowing you to work in Florida
- Recent patient hands on care with total trach care and G-Tube
- Meet all of AHCA's requirements for home health agency employment
