Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse

Administer medications to clients via oral and injection methods, perform thorough physical and mental health assessments, and accurately document all nursing activities. Monitor house stock levels, verify client data and medical history, and act as a resource for medical inquiries while overseeing client hygiene. Participate in necessary meetings and perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership within residential care facilities and treatment programs. Requires current RN or LPN licensure, successful background check, and current driver's license.
