Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) at Liberty Commons of Johnston County site in Benson, NC. Provides direct nursing care per physician orders and facility policies; administers medications (oral, SQ, IM, IV); leads and supervises nursing assistants; assists with rounds and patient examinations; maintains infection control and documentation; supports scheduling and coordination of annual physicals and admissions processes; adheres to safety standards and regulations; requires current NC nursing license, CPR certification, and ability to collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current, valid license from North Carolina Board of Nursing
- CPR certified yearly
- Ability to supervise nursing assistants and orderlies
- Ability to assist physicians with rounds and patient care
- Experience with infection control and standard/universal precautions
- Discretion in following physician orders and documentation
