Registered Nurse - Lehigh Valley Health Network

Part-time nights RN in the Emergency Department providing professional nursing care with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation per nursing standards; directs and manages care for designated patients; collaborates with physicians and interprofessional team; educates patients and families; participates in performance improvement and safety initiatives; demonstrates leadership through mentoring and delegation based on team needs and patient acuity; requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and PA RN licensure, with BLS (ACLS preferred); strong communication, critical thinking, and adherence to ANA standards for quality patient outcomes.
