Registered Nurse

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for designated patients in the hemodialysis center. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs and synthesize data to optimize outcomes based on ANA standards. Coordinate patient and family education throughout treatment to facilitate care transitions while maintaining a safe work environment. Provide leadership through teaching, mentoring new colleagues, and delegating tasks based on team member skills and patient acuity. Participate in performance improvement processes and evidence-based practice projects to support unit goals.
