Registered Nurse

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, create individualized care plans, and administer medications per physician orders for a caseload of hospice patients. Educate families on symptom management, monitor care plans, and provide emotional and clinical support to patients and caregivers. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, communicate with physicians and community resources, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings while supervising ancillary staff. Work independently with on-call rotation in Independence, MO.
