Registered Nurse, Lebanon Neurology Clinic

Collaborate in establishing the plan of care and coordinate implementation of patient care delivery while anticipating needs across the continuum. Analyze comprehensive patient information to determine nursing diagnoses and apply appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes. Continually evaluate patient progress toward goals using the nursing process and employ strategies to promote a safe, healthy environment. Conduct primary care patient interviews and physical examinations, providing patient and family education on practical applications of moderate difficulty. Search for evidence to answer clinical questions and contact primary care providers or healthcare team members as needed. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, for 20 hours per week. This role applies the nursing process to plan and implement care at Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Neuroscience Outpatient Clinics in Nashville, Tennessee.
