Job Summary
Monitor report to ensure daily work flow and volumes are managed, identifying opportunities and acting on interventional results. Provide ongoing education, coaching, and mentoring to assigned staff while assisting with oversight, supervision, and on-the-job training for new hires. Collaborate with department leaders on problem-solving, staff planning, attendance management, and the development of training manuals. Participate in performance reviews by soliciting peer feedback and attend regular staff and department meetings. Demonstrate professional nursing standards and adhere to the ANA Code of Ethics in a state of constant alertness. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- Two years' registered nurse experience
