Registered Nurse - Lead

Monitor report metrics to manage daily work flow, identify opportunities, and act on interventional results. Collaborate with the department leader on oversight of day-to-day operations, including mentoring, orientation, training, and problem-solving. Identify performance and quality concerns, participate in performance reviews by soliciting peer feedback, and assist with staff planning, attendance management, and on-the-job training for new hires. Develop training manuals and lead or participate in regular staff meetings. Adhere to professional nursing standards and the ANA Code of Ethics while maintaining constant alertness and safe patient care practices. Perform other duties as assigned.
