Job Summary
Lead RN provides individualized and specialized nursing care in the center, supervising licensed and non-licensed personnel, coordinating with physicians and other health care workers across intra-op and post-op areas, teaching patients and families, and ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards while maintaining high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practice Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current state license to practice as a Licensed Registered Nurse
- Current BLS (CPR) certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- 2 years or recent nursing experience, GI and/or critical care experience preferred
