Job Summary
Lead RN role overseeing nursing care and clinic operations: plans, directs, and evaluates nursing functions; coordinates unit activities; educates nursing staff; institutes emergency procedures; collaborates with CNM/Regional Director of Nursing; leads staffing, training, policy compliance, and patient education; ensures compliance with federal/state laws and regulations; collaborates with CNM/RDN on clinical policy and trials; expects to work at multiple AON locations and occasional overtime; requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and Nucleus system; travel to satellite offices and multi-site operation experience.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered RN License in the state of employment or multi-state licensure
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is required
- Certification of OCN within two years of employment
- Current CPR certification
